Innovation meets tradition, precision meets rawness, techno meets ballet.

Forget everything you ever thought you knew about ballet and let yourself be seduced anew in "A Techno Ballet Odyssey."

Well-known Berlin techno DJs, Belgrade techno DJ Marko Nastic, and the Berlin Ballet Company collaborate in this techno-party-performance and will jointly rock Kraftwerk.

Start the evening with a pre-show party featuring renowned Berlin DJs. Then, experience a contemporary ballet performance about an individual's odyssey-like search for self and new paths. The show takes place in the heart of the audience, fueled by the sounds of DJ Marko Nastic.

After the performance, Kraftwerk will stay open for another two hours. Enjoy more live techno music, drinks, street food, and of course, lots of dancing, so don’t plan to go home too early. ;)

Come and join us whenever you like and feel free to stay until midnight when the Tresor next door opens its doors. There’s only one rule: don’t ever stand still!

The ballet performance of “A Techno Ballet Odyssey” is a piece choreographed especially for the evening. It is a modern, yet classical ballet performance about the journey of self-discovery and finding one's own path. Unlike usual ballet, the performance takes place partly on stages and partly in the crowd. As a spectator, you have the unique opportunity to be close to the dancers and to experience the performance immersively.
The newly founded company has the mission of inspiring a wider audience to enjoy ballet. To do this, it mixes traditional with contemporary elements and innovative ideas and brings ballet from the opera house to new locations and contexts. Whether you are a ballet newbie or a ballet lover: the Berlin Ballet Company's performances impress with fresh, exciting experiences and inspire with the beauty of ballet.
Eight dancers from the Berlin Ballet Company are dancing. After successful careers at major venues such as the Berlin State Ballet, the Dresden Semperoper or the Stuttgart Ballet, they are now bringing their experience and passion to the new ballet concepts of the Berlin Ballet Company.

Dancing is exclusively to techno music. A Berlin DJ plays before the ballet performance. The ballet is danced to the music of DJ Marko Nastic, who will also be playing live. You can get an impression of the type of techno in our trailer.
Yes, in addition to drinks, there will also be delicious snacks that can be eaten in a separate area of the Kraftwerk.

The evening consists of three parts: A pre-show party (120 minutes), the ballet performance (70 minutes) and an after-show party (110 minutes). It's up to you when you come and how long you stay!
The event is a mix of ballet and techno party, primarily aimed at adults. It is not suitable for children under 14. Minors aged 14 and older can attend if accompanied by an adult.
