Oleksandr Shpak a native of Ukraine, Oleksandr Shpak began dancing at a young age. His ballet training took him from the Kahrkiv Ballet School in Ukraine, to Perm State Ballet School and then on to the John Cranko Ballet School in Stuttgart, from which he graduated in 2007. From 2007 to 2023 Oleksandr was a permanent member of the Staatsballett Berlin. He is part of the founding team of the Berlin Ballet Company and, in addition to dancing, is increasingly taking on leadership roles.

During his time at the Staatsballett Berlin, Oleksandr had the opportunity to work with numerous well-known choreographers, which has now motivated him to establish his own company.
